My goal in business has always been to understand the customer’s needs, follow through with promises and to be honest. I have learned the ins and outs of real estate not by reading about them but by doing them myself. I have acquired bank-owned properties, modernized older houses and purchased foreclosed properties at auction. In addition to being a land developer, I have been a principle contractor for many new construction projects. I also own, rent and manage properties in the Newburyport Area. 

I graduated from Plymouth State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing-1990. In 1994, I co-founded East Coast Cable and Communications. Through my leadership East Coast Cable grew from a mom and pop type of operation into a company with more than $20 million in annual sales. The company strengthened in part due to my philosophy that all relationships are built with integrity. I always deliver what I promise and I never promise anything I can't deliver. This is my promise to you!

I live in Merrimac, MA with my wife and 5 children.  When I am not working, I enjoy watching and coaching my children in extracurricular activities.
